Anthony Turpin (Born 1938 WA) 1969 Sopwith Camel 13 x 30 mixed media (gouache/pen/watercolor) on artist board.  Arguably the most famous and deadliest British aircraft of World War One, the Sopwith F1 Camel was designed by Herbert Smith.  5490 were built 1916-1920.
